Much like marble, our alabaster undergoes millions of years of formation in the hills of Northern Italy and it's the very nature of the stone that shapes its pattern. This pattern is only revealed through a traditional hand-carving process that dates back to 1895.
Distinguished Italian sculptors like Michelangelo utilized alabaster to highlight the mineral’s translucent quality that emits a warm glow when illuminated.
The metal shade supports the translucent alabaster plate by three decorative ornaments, emitting a delicate warm glow.
The Zona ceiling flush mount can stand alone or be grouped together, serving as primary or secondary light sources down a long hallway, above a kitchen island or as a jewel-box powder room light.
The Zona collection is available in our signature rich black patina, brushed brass, or brushed nickel. Custom finishes or finish matching are available by request.
