Well made things last. This product is meticulously handmade one piece at a time with an honesty to the irregularity of the chosen material. It is therefore quite difficult, if not impossible to make identical items. Any natural blemishes or irregularities should not be misconstrued as flaws.

 

We are committed to the 100% satisfaction of our clients. If there are any issues with our fixtures, please reach out to Christian Swafford cs@orphanwork.com and we will work together to find a solution. Orphan Work does not accept returns.

 

Orphan Work provides a warranty for 10 years after receipt of product (not installation) against mechanical defects. Orphan Work warrants that its products will be free from defects under normal use and service for 10 years after date of purchase.

 

Orphan Work will replace defective components or product. Orphan Work reserves the right to inspect any damage before having any obligation under its warranty, all costs of shipping if necessary for inspection shall be paid by the purchaser.

 

All our lighting fixtures are labeled clearly with the max wattage. All fixtures must use LED bulbs.

 

Use of higher wattage bulbs than indicated or use of incandescent or halogen bulbs will forfeit warranty.

 

Orphan Work is not responsible for the following:

+Damage caused by improper cleaning methods. See our care and maintenance sheet for details.
+Damage caused by improper assembly and/or installation by the purchaser. See our install guides for details.
+Damage caused by improper use of light bulbs.
+Our fixtures are for indoor use only. We are therefore not responsible for any improper environmental damage.
+Natural variation in texture or color of material.
+Costs for restoration or repairs.
